As a Life Coach and Counselor (M.S. Psychology, CADC-Intern, DVTPP), I help people rebuild from the inside out — to break patterns, find peace, and create a life that feels grounded and free. My approach blends evidence-based psychology, emotional intelligence, and real-life recovery experience to guide lasting transformation.

Yes — most sessions are held virtually so you can connect from anywhere. A limited number of in-person sessions may be available in Henderson, Nevada, depending on scheduling and availability.
